Aromatically, our 2017 Estate Pinot exhibits beautifully bright notes of dried cherry, eucalyptus, crushed raspberry, and thyme.

The wine has a light entry and full mid-palate with rich flavors of cherry compote, nori, and ripe plum, that are pleasantly framed by notes of vanilla and delicate baking spice.

The finish shows intense notes of black cherry with a subtle blend of wild rose and dried redwood needles.

Our 2017 Estate Pinot Noir was fermented with 15% whole-clusters and aged for ten months in 25% new French oak.
