Our 2018 estate-grown Pinot Noir offers supple aromas of red fruit, black pepper, and clove on the nose with whisps of tamarind and orange blossom.

The wine is introduced with a rich concentration of red plum and black cherry that dance their way from a dense structure of black tea and vanilla to elegantly dried rose petals. Flavors of chamomile and sweet cola linger beyond the initial sip..

This well balanced and light to medium bodied wine offers a distinguished yet approachable complexity and pairs perfectly alongside pasta, gamey birds such as duck, or rich and fatty seafoods.

Aged in 33% new French oak, this wine is best enjoyed now and for many years to come.
